Tureen School 1953 Primary 3 class Tried to send this photo. Hope it works this time.
Found an old school photograph of Tureen Primary Street School taken 30
April 1953. I think the teacher is a New Zealander, Miss Barwick. This
class would probably be Primary 4. There are 34 in the photo, but only
8 boys. It would be good to know if anyone recognises any of the pupils.
I think the website is excellent and you do a great job keeping the history of the area and its people alive.
