July 2005, Webmaister Front row #2 my mammy's wee brother, my Uncle Sonny. Born 12th April 1935, in a single-end at 89 Walkinshaw Street, Bridgeton, Glasgow.   Served with the REME ( Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers ) in Egypt. This photograph was taken in August 1954. He married May Dunlop in 1959 and they had four children, a boy and three girls. William,, Lorraine, Sheila & Diane. Retired from the BMC in Bathgate and sadly died aged 61 yrs  on 21st August 1996 in Whitburn, Scotland, UK
