"......webmaister first of all thank
you for this wonderful website, it is fantastic. I
have already made contact with two old friends
who worked at Templeton's and they both live
in Canada!
I was born in Carstairs St. Bridgeton and moved to
Auchenshuggle when I was two, I attended John St
Sen Sec School then worked at Templeton's for
seven years until I married....."

Hello, I am writing after
being very excited about finding a photo of my
grandfather on your website. My grandfather, Harry
Frew started working for Templeton
Carpets in 1930.
I am doing a family
project and would like to ask if you have any
more information about Templeton Carpets
or even better my Grandfather. Has anyone been
in contact that used to work there? I would
love to find out more bout what my
grandfathers day would of been like working
there or to be honest any information
available. Thank you very much.
I will look forward to hearing from
you.
