Streets of Bridgeton                                        

Dalmarnock Road      Great old picture looking north towards Bridgeton Cross. Heron Street is just south of this picture ( follow the wee woman! ) You can see the Olympia Picture Hall in the background and behind the woman is the railtrack to  Bridgeton Cross railway station. To the right of the Olympia Picture hall you can see the old tenements and shops in London Road, now demolished.
